Delivery

We want to make sure you can enjoy our boxes as soon as possible, so we’re partnered with DPD to offer FREE Next-Day Express Delivery (weekdays to mainland UK only) on all orders over £75. This gives you the easy option for redelivery, changing delivery date or delivering to a neighbour.

The cut-off time for dispatching on the same day is 12pm. Any orders after 12pm will be dispatched the following weekday.

Next Day Delivery will be delivered between 08:30 and 20:00

Saturday & Sunday delivery:

We also offer Saturday and Sunday deliveries for an additional charge of £15.00 at checkout.

Saturday Delivery will be delivered between 08:30 and 18:00

Sunday Delivery will be delivered between 08:30 and 18:00

Orders placed on a weekend:

Orders that have been placed during the weekend (Friday after 11am, Saturday and Sunday) are going to be dispatched on Monday and are due to arrive on Tuesday.

Nominated Delivery day:

We offer a delivery on a nominated day of your choice without any extra costs.
Example: You are moving to a new address in X days/weeks and you want to make sure that all your items arrive on the very same day of you moving in/or the day afterwards.

Step 3: Select on the cart page your nominated delivery day

Step 4: Just wait and we will deliver your parcel on that specific day!

Custom Orders/Boxes:

We are aiming to dispatch custom orders on the same day they come in to offer a Next Day delivery across the UK. However, this is not always possible as custom orders need to be assembled on the day they come in instead of using prepared stock. On days with a particularly high volume of sales, it might happen that custom orders get dispatched the following day.

Multiple Boxes:Custom Boxes are often delivered in multiple boxes/parcels due to the flexibility our customisation feature offers and the different dimensions of the items.

Change of Address:

You can change your delivery address at any time (48 hours before the shipment) in case you don't know your address at Uni yet - no extra charge.

Northern Ireland & other special Areas within the UK:

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free delivery for the following areas:

Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Northern Ireland.

We offer a 1-2 Shipping with DPD in the checkout for £17. Shipping to those areas is very pricey and even with the £17 delivery fee we are making a loss here - we hope for your understanding!

Do you Deliver overseas?

At the moment we can’t offer delivery overseas. However, we’re always working on improving our services and currently evaluating solutions. Do get in touch though and we’ll see if we can work something out!

Returns

We want to make sure you’re totally happy with your purchase, so we offer a 30-day free returns window.

Step 1: Call us or write an email to hello@noahsbox.com

Step 2: We send you the returns label

Step 3: Pack everything into a box large enough for the pack

Step 4: Make sure it’s packed extra safe so it can’t be damaged on the way back to the warehouse (we suggest holding onto the packaging until you’re sure you want to keep it).

Please note that we can only refund unused items or items that were faulty at the time of delivery. In addition, we are unable to refund any extra delivery fees that have been paid eg. for deliveries to Northern Ireland. Deliveries to mainland UK are free of charge and are not affected.

Because of the complexity of the returns process it is not possible to return partial orders at this time and we can only accept entire orders to be returned (exception for faulty or damaged items).
